Master craftsmen (maalems) Moroccan transmits from generation to generation an art which finds its full blooming in the ornament of the sumptuous houses, the palates or the monuments. This know-how requires a long training which starts as of childhood; if the tools remain rather summary, the personal skill of these craftsmen is exceptional. The brothers Jawad and Azzeddine Bouzoubaa, do not make fi with this rich person heritage, wire of Fire Haj Abdenbi Ben Haj Ahmed Bouzoubaa, they represent the third generation of uncontested master craftsmen of modern Morocco.

           Born in Fès, city spiritual of the kingdom, they devoted their whole life to this noble trade with love and passion with an only aim of entreating the lapse of memory which threatened art of the zellige and of ensuring at the same time continuity in modernity for the craftsmen. In short, their great dedication is to have made a success of a happy marriage between tradition and modernity in this art arabo-Moslem which goes back to the era of Maures of Andalusia in Spain towards XIVè century.

Thanks to the nobility of the aiming and with the assiduity which its founders preach, Artizelliges makes great strides without precedent. Created at the beginning on the basis of ancestral practice at the beginning of the Seventies, quickly became thereafter a modern company directed by the two brothers master craftsmen enracinés in the art of the zellige.

With more than thirty years of activity, Artizelliges realized inter alia, the zelliges palates of its majesty King Fahd Ibn ABDULAZIZ of the Kingdom from Saudi Arabia in Casablanca, Fès and Tangier; like that of the Palate of the Crown prince Abdellah Ibn ABDELAZIZ in Riyadh and other residences to high standing of the royal family saoudienne.
